There’s a new genre of film now which is being called a ‘Notion Picture’ – ie a film that gets you thinking.

I think we need as much awareness, reminders, thought provoking books and films, and anything else to take us away from negative news, fears, politics, finances etc. that are pushed and shoved at us from all angles all the time.
Notion Pictures could take us into another way of using media for the Spirit, in whatever way anyone wants to express that for good. I like it. I felt good after watching this, good about what Native People are doing, their hopes, their visions, their reminders and their Faith. I do not feel good after watching normal news, what kind of praying, good thoughts, love instead of fear do we get from everyday news and alot of films?
Anything that makes us think about the good and best of ourselves is necessary in all forms!
I also liked the reminder honouring of the feminine, the softer and more compassionate nature of inter acting with each other.
